ESTATE SALE SERVICES
Our professional staff handles all aspects of conducting your estate or moving sale. This includes organizing, researching, displaying and pricing merchandise; advertising via newspaper, internet, radio and onsite signage. An orderly sale is hosted by our trained sales staff. After the sale is over, we pack up and donate the remaining items and leave the home broom clean.
We are bonded, insured and are proud members of the Better Business Bureau with an A+ rating. Susie's Estates 20+ years of estate sale experience in Chicagoland and over 6 years in the Florida Keys.

Susie will market your local art via our website, social media and various marketing sites.
Items will be shown by appointment in our climate -controlled warehouse. We have many interior decorators, antique dealers, property managers and customers who appreciate this "browse & click" feature and our ever-changing inventory.
EBAY SERVICES
Our eBay service allows us to offer your treasures to a worldwide audience through an auction venue.
We once rescued a vase from our client's donation pile and sold it for her on eBay for $6,460!
On another occasion, we sold two paintings for one of our clients that were deemed "worthless" by the client's professional appraiser. When we listed the paintings on eBay, one of her "worthless" paintings sold for $3,536 and the other "worthless" painting sold for $12,500!
